Project Overview

Thank you for your participation in The Service Council's research on field service outsourcing. The purpose of this  short survey (16 questions + 4 demographic) is to understand if your organization is pushing for the greater use of outsourced labor in field service. Participation should take 5-10 minutes

Results will be published in late 2016 and made available to all participants via:
1- Direct communication from The Service Council (email needed)
2- On a Sept 28 Webinar
