Project Overview

Thank you for your participation in The Service Council's service management research. The purpose of this survey is to understand and document the practices and technologies used to train field service agents (technicians, engineers, professionals). The survey will also look to document changes in training practices that focus on making field service agents more customer-focused.

While this survey focuses primarily on field service agents, we will have a short follow-up on partner and customer training. You can opt-in to receive that survey.

Results will be published in May 2016 and made available to all participants via:
1- Direct communication from The Service Council (email needed)
2- Webinar (May 24, 11am Eastern) - You will be directed to the registration page upon completion (or you can click here)
