Project Overview

Welcome to The Service Council's research survey on 3D printing for service parts management. We thank you for your interest.

Purpose: The focus of this survey is three-fold:
1- To get a general understanding of your future investments in technology for service parts business
2- To uncover your perspective on the business case of 3D printing for your service parts business
3- To gauge your perspective on 3D printing for service parts management. You do not need to have this capability in place to participate.

In terms of 3D printing, TSC is referring to: 'The process of making three-dimensional service parts and objects from a digital file. This process is also often referred to as additive manufacturing.' In this survey, we won't look to create a standardized definition, but better understand the concept and propensity of its adoption in your service parts business.

About the Survey:
This survey will take approximately 7-10 minutes to complete (15 questions + 3 demographic). The ideal participant is someone who understands, manages, or leads service parts strategy and is also involved in making decisions on technology tools to support the business (either as buyer or influencer).

By participating in the survey, you will receive complimentary access to the results. We hope to have these shared at the end of October for early results, and mid-November for final findings.
