Introduction

Welcome to The Service Council's research project on New Services and Service Offerings for Value-Add Customer Partnerships. This survey looks to explore the evolution of the customer relationship with service which now may include additional services beyond the standard maintenance service contract, parts sales, or time and materials. The desired participant for this survey is someone who typically has a dedicated service sales and/or marketing title and their major focus is on working with service leadership to identify new service products while taking a lead on getting those products out to the market.

ABOUT THIS SURVEY: This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It is broken into four sections:
  1. General revenue / new services
  2. Service Sales
  3. Service Marketing
  4. Plans for 2018 / Next steps
OUTCOMES: As a result of this survey work, TSC has planned several outcomes the moment we hit 50 responding organizations.
