This survey is the next advancement of a new collaboration between The Wildlife Management Institute and NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) to understand how the geospatial data products produced by NASA and other organizations are used in conservation. Information you provide through this survey will help advance the integration of cutting-edge technology into wildlife conservation in North America and identify any unmet data and geospatial information needs that affect wildlife and habitat management decisions.

In the spirit of a shared passion for the conservation of wild things and wild places, we ask you to join us and hundreds of other conservation professionals in this effort. Even if you don't have strong opinions or infrequently use geospatial data in your current position, we want to hear from you — all wildlife management perspectives and voices are valued! The survey is only open to conservation professionals and will only be available until January 30th, but we encourage you to participate as soon as possible.

Depending on your level of feedback, this survey should take 12-14 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential and anonymous, and your responses will never be associated with your name. Your responses will be combined with the responses of others and reported in aggregate only. We greatly value your candid feedback as we continue to bridge NASA’s research and technology capabilities with conservation management and policy making in the face of a rapidly changing world.
