Workspace, support and connections for NSW startups

The Centre for International Economics is an independent economics consultancy. Investment NSW has asked us to evaluate the four NSW innovation hubs: the Tech Central Innovation Hub, the Western Sydney Startup Hub, the Westmead HealthTech Hub and the National Defence and Aerospace Hub.

Part of that is hearing from businesses that have not been based at them, including businesses that applied and were not offered a place, so that we understand what startups in New South Wales do instead, and what gets in the way. Our findings will go to Investment NSW, and will help shape how New South Wales supports startups and small businesses.

About 10 minutes. Where your business works from, what are the costs, what you have found hard, what support you have used, and what you know about the hubs.

Taking part is voluntary. You can stop at any time, and you can skip any question apart from a few that decide which questions you see.

Your answers come to the CIE. We report combined results across businesses. We do not report anything that identifies an individual business or person, and no hub operator receives a copy of your individual responses.
