Your healthcare provider has prescribed durable medical equipment from Zynex Medical, which can be submitted to your Commercial Insurance plan. You can expect to receive an Explanation of Benefits, which is not a statement or bill, from your insurance 30-60 days after your order is completed.

The ordering process should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Once complete, our Patient Enrollment Team will process the order within one business day and will notify you via email when the prescription is filled and the device is shipped.
