Introduction
Dear Participant,
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2015 CIPM HR Best Practice Awards Exercise, this questionnaire is designed to be completed by a representative of the HR Department.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is the apex body empowered by legislation for regulating the practice of Human Resource Management in Nigeria. Through continuous innovation, the Institute strives to positively transform, develop and sustain professional excellence in the Human Resource profession. CIPM instituted the Annual HR Best Practice Awards in 2012 to encourage the embodiment of exceptional HR standards and practices in organisations, as well as identify and recognise organisations with a consistent track record of world class HR Practice, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the Institute.
This year, the Institute has also introduced a platform to showcase a selected HR Project/Initiative as part of the assessment process. You will be required to provide information on any HR Project of your choice which was implemented within the last two (2) financial years and the impact such project has had on (a) Business Results (Finances/Operations) and (b) People
