General Information

The iUTAH Summer Research Institute and Symposium is an exciting opportunity for students in grades 9-12 to perform research related to water issues in natural and urban areas. During the Institute, students will work with university researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, and teachers to conduct scientific investigations in the Middle Provo River Watershed. The teams will prepare a poster to display their results at a science meeting (symposium) on July 17 and learn about careers and college in small groups on the same day.

Participation requires spending time outdoors and walking short to moderate distances.
