How we define Comments, complaints and appeals
We define a comment as a positive expression of your experience with the British Council and its services.
We define a complaint as an expression of your dissatisfaction with the products or services the British Council has provided.
We define an appeal as a request for a review of a decision taken by the British Council that you feel is incorrect or unfair and would like us to reconsider.
How to make a comment, complaint or appeal
Please contact the department or office you have already been dealing with to express your views, explain your situation or ask for assistance. To enable us to respond, please provide your full name, postal address, e-mail address and a contact telephone number.
