I want my children to forsee the impact their choices will have on themselves & others, and I want them to make good choices

Routine bedtimes, bathtimes, and mealtimes are a key part of our family structure
We make it a pririoty to eat together without TV at least 5 times a week and to stay rested
Our busy morning routine revolves around getting ready to leave, but our evening routine includes dining together and a set bedtime
Flexible bedtimes are important at our house -- often our child is not sleepy & wants to stay up.
Childrens bodies will tell them when to eat and what they should eat naturally.
I prefer to allow my kids to live each day as they feel.
