D Magazine invites you to cast your vote for the 2013 Best Doctors in Collin County. Selected doctors will be listed in the April 2013 issue.

Please cast your votes bearing in mind the following question: which Collin County doctors would you trust to send your loved ones to for medical care?

Voting Guidelines:

-Doctors must practice in Collin County to be nominated. ZIP codes and cities included: Allen 75002, Allen 75013, Anna 75409, Blue Ridge 75424, Celina 75009, Copeville 75121, Dallas 75252, Dallas 75287, Farmersville 75442, Frisco 75035, Frisco 75034, Josephine 75164, Lavon 75166, McKinney 75069, McKinney 75070, McKinney 75071, Melissa 75454, Nevada 75173, Plano 75024, Plano 75093, Plano 75023, Plano 75025, Plano 75074, Plano 75075, Plano 75094, Princeton 75407, Prosper 75078, Richardson 75082, Richardson 75080, Royse City 75189, Sachse 75048, Westminster 75485, Weston 75097, Wylie 75098.

-You do not have to practice in Collin County to vote.

-To be counted, all ballots must include voter’s Texas Medical License Number.

-You may nominate up to three doctors in each specialty.

-Final decisions are deferred to the advisory committee and the publisher of D Magazine.

-Votes must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2012.

-Not that this would ever happen, but if we catch a doctor block voting or attempting to game the system, he or she will be exposed for doing so on D Magazine’s blog, FrontBurner. Don't be a cheater.

One ballot per Texas Medical License Number; all multiple ballots will be disregarded. Texas Medical License Numbers are verified. Self-nominations will be disregarded. Please indicate if the doctor you vote for is a Sr., Jr., I, II, III, etc.
