Cal OES’s Statewide Continuity Initiate Survey focuses on incorporating resiliency into all emergency planning programs. The ultimate goal of continuity planning is to ensure that the State of California is able to continue its essential functions and vital services under all conditions. This survey consists of 69 questions that are grouped into 12 key components of a viable continuity program.
