Welcome to our brief community survey for those who have had to take an English language test

The Equal Opportunity Commission's New and Emerging Communities Reference Group is investigating issues of systemic discrimination in the area of English language testing. The issues raised to date are that the tests affect migrants and different categories of visa holders, students and professionals getting their qualifications recognised. We are gathering information from people who have had to take an English language test and will be completely confidential as we will not have any identifying information.

The information with our research will be presented to the Australian Human Rights Commission race discrimination conference RDA@40 in February. The aim is to understand the extent of this matter so it can be further investigated.
