Enhanced Supported Employment Evaluation
The Institute for Community Research and Training (ICRT) at the College of Saint Rose is conducting a study of the outcomes of the supported employment pilot program administered by the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) in conjunction with the Burton Blatt Institute (BBI) at Syracuse University, and we are interested in your input. This study involves the use of surveys completed by people enrolled in the program or their advocates, employers who hire individuals in the program, managers of the program, job coaches or employer services staff, and family members of individuals enrolled in the program. As a person involved in the program, we would like to know how you feel about the program’s strengths and weaknesses. If after reading the description above you would like to participate in this study, please choose yes for question 1, “I Have Read the Description of the Study and Give My Consent to Participate”. You will then be given access to the survey. If you chose not to participate, select No for question 1, or simply close your browser, and take no further action.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns about this study, please contact Dr. James Feeney at (518) 454-5255 or [email protected]
