Perceptions of Pathways KIOSK |
About this survey
Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA), on behalf of the SA Pathways Network, is seeking some feedback from you about your perceptions of the Pathways KIOSK. Only people who have not used the KIOSK in the past are eligible to complete this survey. No special knowledge is required to answer these questions, we are simply interested in your attitudes towards the KIOSK and some of your reasons for not having used it in the past; there are no right or wrong answers. We expect the survey to take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
From your feedback we will continue to refine and improve the way we deliver the KIOSK. To do this effectively, we will analyse all the anonymous information we gather, and report the findings to our funding bodies. We may also use the data analysis in academic journals and conferences to share our findings and learning. Your answers will be kept confidential and you will not be identified in any of the results. All data are reported at group level. By completing the following survey you are consenting for RASA to use your de-identified information in their analyses.
