Speed estimating should only be used when there is a consistent water level throughout the dwelling.
When the dwelling is a mobile home with Homeowner’s Insurance listed in ACE, and the applicant clearly has a mobile home policy, you should edit the Insurance type.
Never use Speed Estimating for Appeals or Re-inspects.
You cannot use Speed Estimating to calculate damages on a Mobile Home.
