Welcome to the Wholesale Roaming Costs Research Programme.

This survey is the Roaming Hubbing Market Pricing Survey.

ROCCO is the Roaming Consulting Company and has over the last two years become a trusted and respected source of relevant Roaming research to over 500 Mobile Operators, supporting them in bringing new insights never before available.

This Survey is for Operators only and is about the approximate Wholesale Market Costs they pay for Roaming Products and Services. This survey does not discuss specific vendors and contains no information about vendors or their pricing plans.

In this survey we ask you to share approximate and recent Market Costs what you pay for Roaming Products and Services. These costs may have been obtained from market research your company has conducted (from RFP) or any relevant data that you know of. Clearly for our exercise the more accurate the pricing approximation you have the more accurate our results will be.

Our goal is to encourage competition in the wholesale segment by enabling operators to reach a better understanding of price trends.

Any operator taking part in these surveys will receive aggregated results (from all the operators who took part) containing the lowest and highest approximated market rates charged to Operators and the average rate for the service. You will also get details about all the variables in the pricing, the pricing models used, exceptions to the model, interesting facts from our survey and any other useful information we can gather.

There are 10 Surveys within the Wholesale Market Costs Research Programme and for every Survey you complete we will send you (as usual) the appropriate data regarding the market price for that product or service.
