Dear SMART Member,
With working people all over America facing some of the most difficult challenges in decades, it is important to get the views and serious thoughts of every SMART member on the vital issues facing all of us.
We have just completed the first SMART General Convention, where delegates representing all groups within our union – and from both Canada and United States -- joined together to unanimously support a vibrant new and modern SMART constitution designed to strengthen our union as we go forward.
Your views and honest opinions will help our union shape and develop the strongest possible positioning as we approach the critical elections this year...and in 2016.
To assure absolute confidentiality, your responses will be tabulated by an independent survey research firm, and only the total responses will be compiled and reported.
