Thank you for your participation in The Service Council's research series on service revenue. This is the first survey of a two-part series and will deal with renewals and service-sales collaboration. The 2nd survey, available in April, will touch upon new services and service pricing.

The purpose of this survey is to develop a better understanding of service revenue initiatives at organizations and understand strategies for improvement, particularly as it applies to service-sales collaboration and renewals management.
