Top 100 Agents 2013 - Submissions
Welcome to Real Estate Business' Top 100 Agents ranking.
This report will be based on your 2012 calendar year settled residential sales. The ranking will be based on a number of key metrics, including dollar volumes, number of properties sold and your listing to sales ratio.
All that’s required is for you to complete the survey below and to provide us with details of the residential properties that you’ve personally sold in 2012.
With the help of our research partner RP Data we'll analyse the results over the coming weeks. The Top 100 Agents ranking will be revealed at AREC 13, and in the May issue of Real Estate Business.
Note, please take care with the information you provide - incorrect or incomplete data may void your application. Only residential sales are to be included in your numbers - please exclude commercial and/or rural properties (ie. above 20 hectares).
In relation to CONJUNCTIONAL sales, please only claim sales you made yourself. You can claim a sale you made even if it was someone else's original listing. But if someone else sells your listing, they claim the sale, not you.
The same applies for listings - listings you get yourself are yours to claim; if you happen to sell another agent's listing though, don't claim the original listing as one of yours (just the sale).
