1. Aware Super Enterprise Agreement - Your Agreement, Your Choice

CPSU, the Community and Public Sector Union, represents the Commonwealth, State and Territory government's public servants and related employees across the country and is Australia's largest public sector union. The CPSU is also the union eligible to represent employees of industry super funds that CPSU members contribute to.

The CPSU understands the priorities, values and expectations of the members of Aware Super as many of them are also CPSU members. The CPSU is on the Board of Aware Super, along with Unions NSW, the Australian Education Union, the Nurses and Midwifery Federation and the Health Services Union. The other half of the Board are nominated by the NSW and Victorian state governments.

Aware Super has laid out what it proposes for employees. The CPSU believes that you deserve much better and we want to hear from you what you want for yourself and your colleagues.
