With talent shortages impacting NC health care institutions' ability to achieve their goals, the NC Chamber Foundation & the NC Center on the Workforce for Health have teamed up to explore introducing a best-in-class workforce development strategy called Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) to help communities across North Carolina approach these issues systematically and collaboratively.

To understand current challenges, we need your help in identifying and addressing your most critical and urgent workforce needs.
